Job Description
At CrowdCapture we are looking for outgoing individuals with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic. We give responsible, qualified candidates the opportunity to work with top brands as local sign spinners advertising for live marketing projects across the nation.
We pride ourselves in working with candidates who possess active personalities and previous backgrounds in customer service, marketing, or physically engaging roles. Candidates must be comfortable standing 4-8 hours daily, understand good customer service and have the ability to go above and beyond to deliver for clients needs. Standout applicants should have energetic attitudes and are able to put on engaging performances throughout the day to draw in new customers from the local area.
All sign spinning shifts are tracked through our Mobile App, which must be downloaded on a compatible mobile device to log hours – We provide the rest! Our sign spinner teams operate across the US and accept new members on a year-round basis based on open position availability.
REQUIREMENTS
Smartphone device w/ wireless data plan
Uniform Attire: Neat black or khaki pants with no holes or blemishes
Reliable transportation to and from job sites
Previous experience with customer service, marketing, or physically engaging roles
Comfortable being active on their feet – must be moving sign 95% of the time
Strong interpersonal and customer relations skills
Friendly attitude and positive, enthusiastic personality is a plus!
POSITION DUTIES

Once selected, a CrowdCapture Manager will reach out to you with details for training and placement
Follow all instructions, download our App, and read training material to prepare for your training sessions
On Job Days, arrive at your shift start time. Speak to the client staff on site to receive your sign, then press Clock In through our App.
- As a rule, our sign spinners always promote actively on shift to bring in as many new customers possible. (Break times will always be instructed by your CrowdCapture Manager)
- At the end of your shift period Clock Out and notify your manager. We will verify your hours worked and same-day payment will be issued to you for your shift time. Welcome to the team! You can now enjoy advertising for local companies with the benefits of being in a stimulating outdoor atmosphere.

As a Sign Spinner you will be provided a jumbo advertising sign for your shift (typically 2×5 ft in size). Your job is to display the sign at all times for traffic and passerbys to see by twirling, spinning, dancing, and moving with the sign to advertise to new potential customers. Your sign is required to be moving 95% of the time during all shifts and we will also give you a training on new tricks.
Payment occurs same-day at the end of each shift worked. After you Clock Out for your job over our App for the day, you will be paid for your hours. Your CrowdCapture Manager will verify your hours with client staff and then approve your time. Payment will then be made to you through your designated method on file typically within 6-8 hours.
Our local Supervisors will stop by periodically to monitor your performance to make sure you are meeting expectations. Failure to be actively on duty may result in either a warning or a deduction of time from assigned hours. If we observe you doing well, your Manager will give you a good review. This will help us give you access to better preferential assignments.
